Walk-in availability varies day-by-day, and is only available for standalone services. Full-service grooms are by appointment only.

Grooming times vary by dog and can range anywhere from thirty minutes to two and a half hours. We operate on a one-on-one appointment model, so all dogs are done straight through.

No, most dogs do better when owners drop off and return at pickup time, but we do have a waiting area if needed.

Our groomers are trained to handle matting and depending on the severity we will either brush it out or shave it out. We do charge extra depending on the severity of the matting, due to the effort, time, and wear on our tools. All changes to a grooming service will be communicated.

In accordance with Virgina law, we require proof of rabies if the dog is older than 4 months. We recommend our clients also be vaccinated against distemper, parvo, and Bordetella.

We operate on a three-strike system. After the third no-show or same-day cancelation, we require a deposit to book future appointments. There is no penalty against cancellations with a 24 hour or more notice.

We require pick up within one hour of the completion of the groom due to limited kennel space. We will notify you when your dog is ready for pickup.

We have a grace period of 10 minutes, but due to us being a one-on-one salon, any later may require a reschedule.
